The Junior League of Honolulu is an organization where women Give back to their community, Grow professionally and as leaders, and Get Connected to other women. The Junior League of Honolulu seeks women at least 21 years old, of all races, religions, and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism and developing their leadership potential.

Joining the Junior League of Honolulu means becoming part of a movement that uplifts Hawai‘i’s youngest learners. By focusing on early childhood education and literacy, our members help lay the foundation for lifelong success among keiki across the islands. Through hands-on volunteer work, advocacy, and community partnerships, members directly support families, educators, and programs that reflect Hawai‘i’s rich cultural diversity. Whether you’re reading to children, organizing literacy events, or championing equitable access to education, your involvement creates lasting change. Together, we can close learning gaps, empower future generations, and build a stronger, more resilient community, one child at a time.

  2. Serve on committees to develop personally and professionally. Enhance your current areas of passion and strengths or branch out to develop new skills.
