Lead & Lift is the Junior League of Honolulu’s annual leadership gathering featuring distinguished women shaping Hawaiʻi across sectors.

Since its inaugural convening in December 2025, Lead & Lift has created intentional space for conversation, connection, and reflection among women leaders and emerging changemakers.

Sabrina McKenna
Chief Justice, Hawaiʻi Supreme Court
