The Junior League of Honolulu was proud to participate in the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) Annual Conference held in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Representing Honolulu at this year’s conference provided an opportunity to connect with League leaders from across North America, celebrate AJLI’s 125th Anniversary, and explore innovative ideas that strengthen local Leagues and the communities they serve.

Conference sessions focused on nonprofit leadership, membership engagement, strategic planning, governance, community impact, and volunteer development—topics that directly support the Junior League of Honolulu’s commitment to continuous growth and excellence.

The conference also served as an opportunity to share JLH’s work while bringing back new strategies, best practices, and fresh ideas that will benefit our members and enhance our community programs in the years ahead.

Participation in AJLI’s Annual Conference reflects the Junior League of Honolulu’s dedication to lifelong leadership development and our belief that investing in our members ultimately strengthens the communities we serve.
