Lead & Lift: Women Who Lead Hawaiʻi

Lead & Lift: Women Who Lead Hawaiʻi is the Junior League of Honolulu’s signature leadership series, bringing together women from across Hawaiʻi for meaningful conversations about leadership, service, and community.
Each annual gathering features accomplished leaders representing diverse sectors — including government, education, business, nonprofit, public safety, the arts, and community organizations—who share the experiences, values, and lessons that have shaped their leadership journeys. Through candid conversation and audience engagement, Lead & Lift creates space to explore what leadership looks like in Hawaiʻi and how it is strengthened by culture, relationships, and a deep sense of responsibility to community.
More than a speaker series, Lead & Lift is an opportunity to connect across professions, generations, and experiences. Attendees leave with fresh perspectives, practical insights, and meaningful connections that encourage them to lead with confidence, purpose, and authenticity.
While the conversations center on the experiences of women leaders, Lead & Lift welcomes everyone. Whether you’re an emerging professional, an experienced leader, a student, or simply someone who enjoys learning from the stories of others, we invite you to join the conversation.
Held annually each fall, Lead & Lift reflects the Junior League of Honolulu’s commitment to developing women leaders, strengthening community, and creating space for thoughtful dialogue that inspires action.
